Sha Embree has more than 20 years of marketing, public relations, and consulting experience with special expertise in marketing, crisis communications, political strategy, and community relations.
Currently, she oversees the targeted marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns for the Firm’s diverse client base including; philanthropic foundations, financial institutions, developers, municipalities, politicians, architectural firms, technology companies, national restaurant chains and numerous local businesses.
Embree has served on the boards of the Children’s Advocacy Center, BIGAUSTIN and the Round Rock Government Relations Board and continues to support their causes.

Deborah Jennings
Account Executive
PGC Account Executive Deborah Jennings, brings over 20 years of industry related experience to the company. Deborah has considerable experience working in the public sector and is valued for her knowledge of the inner workings of municipalities and county governments. Deborah also manages sponsorships for the Texas Gold Rush Adventure & Music Festival, and coordinates special events, press releases and advertising associated with the project.

Stacy Coale
Creative Director
Stacy Coale has nearly 20 years of experience as an award-winning designer and art director in the advertising, print and publishing industries in Shreveport, La., Indianapolis, Ind. and Chicago, Ill. Her publications have garnered national attention, winning Magazine of the Year twice by the American Society of Business Publications. Coale oversees the Firm’s creative quality and capabilities while contributing to the strategic and creative development of marketing and branding efforts for clients.

Andrea Reno
Senior Graphic Designer
As a front-end Web developer and graphic designer, Andrea Reno brings more than five years of experience to the Firm. Her projects include implementing content management systems, front-end development in HTML/CSS, developing cross browser compatibility, and developing user interfaces that create ease of use. Reno is also responsible for creating and developing ADA and Section 508 compliant Web sites—making public information accessible to all residents.

Chase Becker
Director, Social Media
Chase Becker oversees all social media efforts as well as assisting with public relations campaigns and media buying. Becker monitors the social media networks and optimizes social media accounts and networks for clients. His experience includes work with private and public sectors in such fields as medical, insurance, telecommunications, consumer products, and technology companies.

Aaron Grondin
Controller and Project Manager
Aaron Grondin has more than 25 years of financial and project management experience. During that time he managed a variety of large-scale projects, from early-stage start-ups, to national franchisee development. Grondin oversees all aspects of PGC’s finance, accounting, account management, and human resource departments and is instrumental in keeping the Firm’s systems in check. In addition, he is constantly researching innovative ways to improve PGC’s operations in such areas as sales, marketing, production, client relations, and human resources.

Sara Grimes
Event Coordinator
Sara Grimes develops and manages a wide range of event marketing programs and projects including numerous trade shows, grand openings, and corporate events. Grimes consistently brings her signature of hospitality and charm to all PGC projects. She also directly supports the executive team. Her responsibilities include event coordinating, client relations, database maintenance, and research. Additionally, she provides account management support.

Receptionist
Kayla McNeill executes all front desk responsibilities and facilitates office administrative requirements. She oversees the daily administrative functions for PGC Creative. In this capacity, she helps to ensure projects are completed on a timely matter and on budget.
